Description
Our navy blue and black 8 strand ropes are made from Polyester. These ropes are great for mooring lines and are very easy to splice.
Polyester has a specific gravity of 1.38 which means it will not float. Polyester has no strength loss when wet, it is flexible and has good abrasion resistance. Polyester fibres also have good resistance to chemicals and have a melting point of 295°C.
Please note minimum quantity when ordering by the metre is 10 metres and will be supplied in one continuous length.
