Spinlock DURO+ SOLAS 275N Lifejacket

The Spinlock DURO SOLAS+ 275N is a commercial-grade lifejacket engineered for the toughest marine environments, from wind farms and superyachts to offshore oil rigs. Built with a heavy-duty outer cover and certified to the latest 2010 SOLAS standard, it delivers reliable performance when it matters most.

This high-buoyancy (275N) twin-chamber lifejacket features an integrated deck harness with front and rear attachment points, a robust zip closure, and an improved buckle system for fast, comfortable donning. Twin UML Mk5 automatic inflators provide dependable activation, while the unique bladder shape ensures superior lift and body support in the water.

Designed for extended wear alongside other kit, the DURO SOLAS+ also includes a SOLAS-approved Pylon™ light, buddy line, ID window pocket, and compatibility with most fall-arrest harnesses. One-size-fits-most with a chest range of 60–175 cm and user weight over 43 kg.

Inflation System

The Spinlock DURO SOLAS uses two UML Mk5I Inflators.
This is a water sensitive activation system, that uses a compress paper capsule which dissolves when wet, which then releases a spring to puncture the CO2 cylinder.
The cap is designed so that only water flowing upwards through the unit will cause it to activate. Water, spray and rain running down the jacket will not cause activation.
